  We had a sign off in New Zealand. It was called 'The goodnight Kiwi" I think it was always around 11:00ish and would be followed by a Lifeline advertisement.

  LOL...I had to check. Because I don't remember people wearing seatbelts. But apparently they've been around for a long time. Didn't catch on obviously.

  Seat belts...they hadn't been invented yet had they? And even when they had, people didn't want to use them. I remember babys sliding around on the back seat....in their carry cot.
